Planning your Table Rock Lake getaway? We've answered some of our most common questions to help make your stay with Blue Moon Getaways easy and enjoyable!

1. Why book directly with Blue Moon Getaways?

Booking directly through our website allows you to avoid additional guest service fees often charged by Airbnb and Vrbo. You'll also enjoy direct communication with us before and during your stay!

2. What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability.

3. What is the minimum age to book?

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the entire reservation. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms are provided during booking and in your reservation confirmation. We recommend reviewing these terms carefully and purchasing travel insurance for unexpected changes to your plans.

5. Is a security deposit required?

A refundable security deposit or damage authorization may be required depending on the property. Any applicable amount and terms will be provided during booking.

6. Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted at either of our properties due to severe family allergies. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests.

7. How many guests can stay?

Each property has its own maximum occupancy, listed on its booking page. All overnight guests must be included in your reservation. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

8. Is a rental agreement required?

Yes. The primary guest must complete our short-term rental agreement and provide any required identification before check-in.

9. Are linens, towels, and household essentials provided?

Yes! Our homes are equipped with linens, towels, and essential household supplies to make your stay comfortable. Laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pods, hand soap, and dish soap are provided.

Please note that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are not provided, so we recommend bringing your preferred personal toiletries.

10. How will I receive check-in instructions?

Detailed check-in instructions, including property access information, will be provided before your arrival once all reservation requirements have been completed.
